Thank you for shopping with Marrow. We know you are excited to start your routine, and we are working hard to get every order out the door as quickly as possible.

Current shipping times

Right now, most orders ship within 9 to 13 business days after your order is placed.

We are experiencing an unusually busy period thanks to strong demand during our current sale. That means our fulfillment team is processing a higher volume of orders than usual, and shipping may take a little longer than normal. We appreciate your patience while we catch up — every order matters to us, and we are doing everything we can to get your Marrow to you safely and as soon as possible.

Order processing

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when it becomes available. Processing and carrier transit times are separate from the shipping window above.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping where applicable.

Delivery

We ship to addresses within the countries available at checkout. Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Marrow is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
